INSTRUCTIONS
1. Stand close in front of a mirror.
2. Make sure that you can see both of your eyes through the 3D glasses while looking into the mirror.
3. If one of your eyes disappears, then the brain is only paying attention to the other eye. This is called Suppression. Blink your eyes and force your brain to use both of your eyes at the same time.
4. When you can see both of your eyes at the same time, try to remember the position your eyes are in.
5. Try to hold your fixation in place for as long as you can while seeing both of your eyes at the same time in the mirror.
6. Slowly walk backwards while maintaining focus on your eyes.
7. If suppression is noted or to make the exercise easier, slowly walk forward until you can see both of your eyes again.
8. To make the exercise harder, aim to walk as far back as possible without experiencing suppression.
